Andrew Payson, 51, from Hopkinton died while surfing on Wednesday at Gooch's Beach in Kennebunk, <a href="http://www.whdh.com/story/30133189/police-release-id-of-surfer-who-died-in-maine" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">reported WHDH-TV Channel 7.</a> Payson was pronounced dead at the hospital.
