Is your grill thawed out yet? We still have snow right up against the back of the house, but the grill is finally accessible. If you're tired of soups, stews and other oven cooked food, take a break (I know those foods aren't gone for the season yet) and grill some salmon.
Salmon is an excellent source of heart healthy omega-3 fat. Wild or farmed, it's all good, and so is this recipe for Sweet Chipotle Grilled Salmon. What ever you do, DON'T skip the sweet potato straws! They're amazing and so worth turning on the oven for!
