Their mouthwatering array of desserts, cakes and pastries is perfect for any backyard barbecue.
With temperatures soaring and backyard barbecues in full swing, who wants to bake? The perfect solution is Colella's bakeshop!
While strolling toward the deli at Colella's, one cannot help but notice the tantalising goodies beckoning from behind the bakeshop case.
Shelves filled with mile-high frosted cupcakes, colorful gingerbread cookies, chocolate-filled cannolis, and muffins cause even the most diet conscious to reconsider.

Bakery Manager Pat Lozeau proudly stands by Colella's delicious home-made creations.
"I could make my own cakes and baked goods at home, but I buy them from here because they're better!" said Pat.

"We make 90 percent of the baked goods here at the bakeshop," said Pat. "Our turnovers are squares that we mix and roll out along with our home-made pie crusts," she continued.
"The frosting we use for cakes and cupcakes are made from scratch and is delicious," she said.
(I can attest to this fact as I devoured two vanilla cupcakes on my way out of the store and they were delicious!)
Most varieties of breads and rolls displayed near the bakery are proofed and baked at the shop.
"Our Italian, French, Sicilian and cheese-stuffed breads are home-made along with a variety of rolls," Pat said.
Over 12 different varieties of muffins are featured in the shop including, pistachio, banana, cranberry, pumpkin (my favorite), chocolate chip, and many more.
The muffins are mixed and baked in cups here in the store, according to Pat. Perfect snacks for the kids between summertime sports, camps and activities!
Across the aisle from the bakery are shelves filled with more varieties of store-baked cookies, pies, and cakes. The perfect stop before you reach the check-out counter.
Delicious bakery party platters are available for special events, along with cake and cupcake decorating.
