Train your mind to be happy and peaceful

Learn to train your mind to stay in the present moment and become a witness to your thoughts. Doing so allows you to make wiser choices in life that lead to your well-being. In this class we will use mindfulness meditation techniques to awaken to our thoughts and emotions and direct them towards wholesome ends.

Some of the meditation techniques covered in this class include:
Breath meditation
Meditation on postures and walking meditation
Meditation on sights, sounds and physical sensations
Meditation on emotions


Benefits of practicing the techniques taught in this program include:
Reduce stress
Better manage negative emotions such as anger
Increase focus and concentration
Become more aware of the present moment
