When in Drought, Holliston and Hopkinton, Share Your Pictures

Talk about a dried-up Earth. Despite some recent thunderstorms, our gardens and lawns have never looked worse. So let's share our misery.

HOLLISTON-HOPKINTON, MA—Those were some amazing storms that blew through the region a few weekends ago, and we've been thankful for some pockets of rain. It doesn't change that fact that the state is under a drought warning, water use is restricted in most communities. We've got gardens with plants barely bigger than when we planted them, and lawns that resemble Triscuits.

So let's at least have some, er, fun with it.

Patch is challenging you to send a photo that most captures the result of this drought, whether it be a dried up lake, a horrid garden, or a yellow patch of lawn.
