
This flowing practice places emphasis on stretching the legs and opening the low back and hips for runners, cyclists, hikers, or any active person. We'll warm-up the entire body with breathwork and vinyasa style flows, then transition to sustained asana and myofascial releases to enhance the stretch. Modifications and progressions are offered to make this class appropriate for all levels.
