Armed Robbery at JP Convenience Store

The thief was described as white with a medium build, and around 30-32 years old.

An armed robber made off with several hundred dollars from the JP Variety Store on 162 South St. Tuesday afternoon.

A camera in the store captured the robber around 2:30 p.m., according to Boston police.

Munna Barua, an employee, said no one was hurt in the store, as reported by the Boston Globe.

The police report described the thief as white with a medium build, and around 30-32 years old. He wore a black jacket with white stripes, blue jeans, a gray knit hat and sunglasses.
