Clerk Magistrate Maura Hennigan Walks Around Jamaica Pond While Court is in Session

The I-Team at WBZ reports that "week after week," Clerk Magistrate Maura Hennigan, a well-known JP resident, takes walks and campaigns instead of being at the courthouse.

An investigation by WBZ appears to show that JP's Maura Hennigan, who is the elected Clerk Magistrate of Suffolk County Criminal Court, has a habit of not being at the courthouse during work hours.

The "I-Team" filmed Hennigan walking her dog around and campaigning during times when her office said she was in meetings.

"It's a pattern we see week after week," said reporter Kathy Curran in a segment that aired Wednesday.
