Community Servings Gets $50K Grant
The JP non-profit organization will use the Newman's Own Foundation grant to develop a program, which will provide workshops for people who have transitioned to public housing, according to the Boston Business Journal.

The initiative will include nutrition workshops to educate children and families who have just transitioned to public housing, according to BBJ.

Community Servings, which has headquarters at 18 Marbury Terrace, was founded in July 2009. The organization also hosts a farmer’s market next to Stony Brook MBTA station in summer and fall.
