Convenience Store Allegedly Served as Drug Front

The following arrest information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The police blotter for Tuesday, Feb. 21, included the at a Hyde Park Avenue convenience store that resulted in drug arrests.

  • Columbus Avenue (no street address given) / Motor vehicle accident with personal injury / Feb. 21, 2:35 pm
  • D & R Supermarkets - 180 Hyde Park Ave. / Jeancarlo Viera Rodriguez, 30, 295 Centre #43 and Ansony Lapaix, 22, 48 Aspinwall St., Dorchester, were arrested and charged with trafficking in Class A drugs and possession with intent to distribute Class A drugs within 1,000 feet of a school zone. Dilency Liberato, 25, 2 Bismark St. #5, Mattapan and Noelia Melendez, 25, 68 Norfolk St. #1, Dorchester, were arrested and charged with being in company of a person possessing heroin / Feb. 21, 6:22 pm
  • 15 Paul Gore St. / Frauds (all other) / Feb. 16, 12:01 am
  • 14 Grovenor Road / Theft of motor vehicle plates / Feb. 16, 8 am
  • Stop & Shop - 301 Centre St. / Larceny shoplifting (Under $50) / Feb. 21, 4:21 pm. Also at this location was a theft, non-accessory, from a vehicle ($50 to $199) on Feb. 21, 10 pm
  • 171 Green St. / Missing person located / Feb. 20, 11:30 am. A supplemental report was filed for this incident on Feb. 21 at 9 pm
  • 3120 Washington St. / Street robbery (firearm) / Feb. 21, 7:30 pm
