
This morning the City's Board of Appeal will hold a hearing regarding requests at the following properties:
- Extension of non-conforming use at 3 Nira Avenue
- Variance at 2 Mark Street to extend living space into the basement
- Variance at 7 Mark Street to extend living space into the basement
- Variance at 126 Day Street to extend living space into the basement
- Variance at 35 May Street to allow construction of a fence
