Today City Councilor John Connolly visits the JFK Elementary School to see the Open Circle program in action. Open Circle is a learning program for grades K-5, their teachers, administrators, and other staff, parents and caregivers. Open Circle workers train school communities to help children become ethical people, contributing citizens, and successful learners.
