Join BNAN for a hike along Bussey Brook from its origins in the Allandale Woods Urban Wild through the Arnold Arboretum to the Bussey Brook Meadow Urban Wild where the brook disappears underground for its remaining journey to the Charles River. This unique and varied habitat will be the focus of the 2.5 mile tour. Boston Natural Areas Network and Boston Conservation Commission’s Executive Director Chris Busch will lead the walk and highlight ecological and environmental points of interest along the way. Please join us to learn more about this wonderful urban habitat.
We will meet at 10:00 a.m. in the parking area near the Annunciation Cathedral located at 7 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury. The walk will last for about two hours.
