Rape Agression Defense System is a comprehensive, women-only course that includes risk awareness, risk reduction, risk recognition, risk avoidance and basic hands-on defense training.
It is offered free of charge by the Boston Police Department. While the current session began Feb. 21, women may still take the remaining days of the course.
