
hopeFound, a Jamaica Plain-based non-profit dedicated to helping Boston’s homeless men and women find recovery, housing and employment, will recognize Mayor Thomas Menino and a community partner, Natixis Global Asset Management, Thursday night at its annual Make A Difference Reception.
Menino is the city’s top advocate in helping to end homelessness and encourages services agencies with a mission to end homelessness, to work together.
Natixis Global Asset Management is a lead sponsor of the Make A Difference Reception and will be honored as a community partner in helping hopeFound with a wide range of activities, including hosting a trauma care training for service providers working with homeless women, among other volunteer activities.

WCVB’s Susan Wornick, a supporter of hopeFound and its work, will emcee the event. Tony V, a well-known comedian who was recently featured in the movie, The Town, will also be a part of the event.
