The Lofts at Westinghouse, a brand new mixed-use artist community in Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood, is hosting a gala reception in the Lobby Gallery of One Westinghouse Plaz a, Building C, Hyde Park on Thursday June 21 from 7-9 p.m.
The Lofts at Westinghouse boasts 12 artist work studios and 62 live/work spaces. This inaugural show features the diverse work of the artists who live and work in the building.

Artists and residents are excited to showcase the creative spirit that lives in this historical building which harkens to the days of American Industrial prowess. The June 21 event marks the inaugural opening of this unique gallery space.

On display will be selected works from John Crowley, Donald Cowan, Julie Hickey, Damien Hickey, Matt McKee, Karen A.V. O’Brien, Linda Pochesci, Ronnie White, and Christine Wirth.
Works will be on display June 21 from 7-9 p.m. and by appointment until June 30, 2012.
Future shows featuring local artists are planned.
