Rezoning for Urban Agriculture

Mayor Thomas M. Menino, the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), and the Mayor’s Office of Food Initiatives are initiating a new effort to update the Boston Zoning Code to support urban agriculture.  Tonight's event features keynote speaker Will Allen, founder and CEO of Growing Power Inc., who was recognized by a McArthur Foundation "Genius Grant" for his work on sustainable food production and urban farming.

PLEASE NOTE:  In order to clear the building's security, attendees must bring some form of identification (such as a driver's license or credit card.  Alternatively, you may send your full name by January 27 to  john.read.BRA@cityofboston.gov
