The JP Neighborhood Council Zoning Committee will meet this Thursday at the Farnsworth House. The JPNDC will present the their requests for zoning changes. The JPNDC is collaborating with the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program to develop 33 efficiency apartments for homeless men and women. There will also be 20 respite beds to transition medically ill and homeless people to the community. The building, 461 Walnut Ave. in Parkside, used to the site for the Barbara McInnis House.
