BOSTON, MA - A gas main break at 192 Amory St. had emergency crews on the scene Friday afternoon, according to reports.At least 10 people were evacuated from the neighboring buildings, according to <a href="https://twitter.com/universalhub" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Universal Hub</a>. Firefighters were packing up to leave and Armory Street had been reopened as of about 3:45 p.m., Universal Hub reported. Residents who had been evacuated from the surrounding homes were allowed back inside as of about 4:30 p.m., according to the Boston Fire Department. The leak happened when contractors hit a gas main inside of a house that was undergoing renovations, the Boston Fire Department reported.
