Explore the Vineyards of Bordeaux at the February Edition of dbar's Wine Dinner Series

Sip fine wines from the south of France while savoring signature French-inspired dishes from Chef Chris Coombs on February 4

On Wednesday, February 4 at 7 p.m., dbar and Executive Chef Chris Coombs invites guests to indulge in four delicious courses of classic French cuisine paired with handcrafted wines from Bordeaux, France.

Often referred to as “La perle d’Aquitaine” or the pearl of Aquitaine, Bordeaux is noted as the world’s major wine industry capitol with an abundance of vineyards first established by Romans as far back as 1855.

Wine representatives will be on site to guide guests through what promises to be a delightful night of food and drink. The $65 per person menu will include the following food and wine pairings:
