Forest Hills Station Ranks Among Busiest MBTA Stops

Jamaica Plain's Forest Hills T-stop sees an average of 15,150 travelers each weekday.

All local MBTA stops are crowded come the morning commute and evening rush hour. The Forest Hills Station in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood is among the top 10 busiest T-stops, according to Boston.com.

Boston.com used 2014’s MBTA data from the 2013 fiscal year in order to build a list of the busiest T-stops based on “station entires and downtown transfers on a typical weekday.”

Out of the ten stops on the list, Forest Hills Station ranked 9th, with an average of 15,150 travelers each weekday.
