Have You Seen This Man? He's Wanted in a Stony Brook Bike Theft
Police believe the man used bolt cutters to remove a locked bike from the Orange Line stop last month.

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA - A search is underway for a man police said stole a bike from the Stony Brook MBTA stop in May.
According to police, the man used bolt cutters to remove the lock from a Giant brand, navy blue mountain bicycle on Friday, May 6 at at 2:37 a.m.
The suspect is described as a 35-45-year-old white male, approximately 6 feet tall, long dark hair in a pony tail, wearing a dark hooded jacket, blue jeans, gray sneakers and carrying a black messenger bag.

Anyone with information to the man's identity or whereabouts is asked to call the Criminal Investigations Unit at 617-222-1050. An anonymous tip can also be texted to 873873 or left using the anonymous feature on the SeeSay app.
