Hyde Jackson Square Main Street to Host 'La Nona' Play on Tuesday

Mozart Park in Jamaica Plain will offer a taste of the theater this week.

On Tuesday, July 29 at 7:30 p.m., Hyde Jackson Square Main Street will present “La Nona” (“The Grandmother”), performed by Escena Latina Teatro in Spanish, with English scene descriptions to be offered as well.

Music and entertainment, as well as raffle prizes and vendor displays will also be offered Tuesday.

The event will be free and open to the public; donations to Hyde Jackson Square Main Street are encouraged. In the event of inclement weather, the play will be held at the Anna M. Cole Center in the Bromley-Heath housing development.
