Police say the motorist who crashed into a hair salon on Huntington Avenue in Jamaica Plain Sunday was driving while under the influence of drugs.An SUV slammed into the front of Nana's Hair Braiding Salon just after 10 a.m.Boston police and fire officials responded to the scene. After searching the driver's vehicle, a police spokesperson told the <a href="http://www.bostonherald.com/news_opinion/local_coverage/2015/08/driver_faces_oui_charge_in_salon_crash" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Boston Herald</a> that "paraphernalia consistent with the use of narcotics," was found in the SUV.Police also said the "suspect's eyes and behavior was consistent with one that would be under the influence."The driver will now face operating under the influence charges.Nobody was injured during the crash.
