JAMAICA PLAIN, BOSTON — A fire at a building on Creighton Street in Jamaica Plain has displaced at least nine people and the damage is estimated to be around $700,000, according to the Boston Fire Department. Fire officials responded to the structure around 5 p.m. for a two-alarm fire that eventually reached three alarms. The heavy fire in the six-unit house is now out. One person was treated by EMS after tripping and falling. No other injuries were reported. The Red Cross is responding to assist those in need.
