Jamaica Plain Furniture Store 'Room 68' Expands to Cape Cod

A Jamaica Plain-based furniture store is preparing to open another location in Provincetown next month.

Room 68, which is located at 68 South St. in Jamaica Plain, will open its new location at 337 Commercial St. in Provincetown on Memorial Day Weekend, with a grand opening party slated for Friday, May 23, the business announced this week. 

The business specializes in "contemporary furniture and design for the home, workspace, and self," according to its website. 

Last monty, Racked Boston ranked the shop 37th on its list of "Boston's 38 Essential Home Stores."

Room 68 is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Sundays from 12 to 4 p.m.
