Jamaica Plain Sex Offender Fails to Register
The following arrest information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The police blotter for Wednesday, Feb. 29, included the alleged failure of a Jamaica Plain man to register as a sex offender. A man listed by the state's Sex Offender Registry as living in JP, Herman M. Ruiz, 444 Harrison Ave., Boston, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender on Feb. 29 at 7:45 p.m. Sex offenders are required to register when they change workplaces and homes.
