JP Shooting: Wanted Boston Man Crashes Into Police Car, Say PD
Officers were attempting to serve him a warrant related to a July shooting in Eggleston Square, when he allegedly rammed the unmarked car.

BOSTON, MA — A Boston man wanted in connection to a shooting in Jamaica Plain this summer crashed his car into an undercover police cruiser and sent two officers to the hospital when they attempted to serve a warrant for him, police said.
Boston police saw Christopher Henry, 30, near Gallivan Boulevard around 3:25 p.m. on Thursday and went to arrest him, a Boston police officer confirmed.
But before police could get to Henry, he allegedly rammed the officers’ undercover car with his and then drove off. Two of the officers went to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. They were later released.

He then allegedly hit another car and then got out, ran off and hid under a porch, according to police. Officers found him and arrested him. He was charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon (the car), driving to endanger, leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injury, leaving the scene after causing property damage, and failure to stop for a police officer.
Henry had warrants for his arrest for allegedly shooting someone near Egleston Square on July 13. He faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon (a gun). Henry was scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Dorchester District Court.
