The Music Man cast includes several Jamaica Plain residents including Frances Price. Frances is originally from Australia and had been involved with The Footlight Club since 2010. Frances loves working with The Footlight Club and being Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man for many reasons including having a cast that is like family to her with her family be so far away in Australia.

Con Man Harold Hill poses as a boy’s band leader and organizer, and sells instruments and uniforms to Iowa Townsfolk. Harold promises to train all the musicians but he really plans on skipping town without giving any lessons. After he helps Liberian and Piano teacher Marian’s little brother, Marian starts to fall in love. But will Harold risk it all for her?
