Mike Black of The Real Deal to Present Snack Recipes on The Chefs' Table Series TV Show

Mike Black of The Real Deal will share his cooking secrets for the best dishes to make for the Football Championship on The Chefs’ Table Series TV Show on Monday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sons of Italy Hall, located at 30 Birch St in Roslindale.

Mike, along with co-host Joe Murphy, will be cooking and teaching to a LIVE audience the following dishes:

• Meatball sliders with Parmesan crisp & fresh basil
• Buffalo chicken mac and cheese
• Wild mushroom ravioli with a Marsala cream sauce

Sam Adams has generously donated the beer to pair with these great football eats! Artisan bread donated by Fornax Bread Co. will also be served.

Tickets are $20 per person and benefit the Chefs Table Foundation, a local non-profit whose mission is to provide culinary education to homeless U.S. Veterans and underprivileged young adults.
