Not Just for Cooking: How to Use Herbs from Farmers Markets

Beyond cooking, there are many uses for herbs you find at your
farmers market! At Egleston Farmers Market, family herbalist and health
communicator Kerry Kokkinogenis (http://www.kitchentablehealth.blogspot.com) will provide ongoing demonstrations of how to
make topical herbal preparations for common discomforts using herbs from vendor
Blue Vervain Farm. Egleston Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 10am-2pm
selling local produce, herbs, eggs, meat, fish, cheese, bread and other
delights. Near the Brewery; free parking, close to Egleston MTBA.
