A man parked outside of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's formal death sentencing hearing in Boston was arrested Wednesday after police discovered a large meat cleaver behind the license plate of his SUV.Patrick Carrerio, 24, of Woburn, caught the attention of police in the area after he drove through barricades that were set up outside Moakley Courthouse.Police placed the man in handcuffs and escorted from the scene. Other officers, along with a bomb-sniffing dog, searched his vehicle.Carrerio has been charged with failing to stop for police, disorderly conduct and the illegal possession of a dangerous weapon.Bombing survivors were gathered at the courthouse to deliver victim statements.
