Massachusetts State Police say the victim, a 63-year-old Dorchester resident, was entering his car in the area of 890 Morton St. at about 10:20 p.m. on Saturday when he was struck by another vehicle traveling westbound at a high rate of speed. That vehicle is believed to be a four-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord and possibly brown or silver in color. The vehicle may have body damage on the right front end.
