The bystander jumped into action and started performing CPR. By the time Boston EMS got him in the ambulance to the hospital he was awake and talking. "CPR Saves Lives!" tweeted Boston EMS. Boston EMS recommends Citizen CPR. "Citizen CPR makes all the difference.
