Shooting Reported On Centre Street In JP: Police
Boston police are investigating a report of a shooting on Centre Street in Jamaica Plain.

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA — At least person was taken to the hospital with what police described as a "graze wound" after police responded to a report of a shooting outside a market on Centre Street.
"We got a call for a person shot, and we have one suspect but we're not even sure if it was actually a shooting at this point," said Officer Stephen McNulty a spokesperson for the department noting it was still very early in the investigation.
McNulty cautioned just because police get a call for a report of a shooting, does not mean that's what happened. Police are waiting for doctors to report what the injury was for, he said.
