Investigators have yet to determine an identity, telling The Globe further tests must be conducted in order to do so.Investigators did say they believe the toddler was about 4 years in age, 3 1/2 feet tall and roughly 30 pounds. She had brown eyes and brown hair estimated to be 14 inches in length.Police are asking those with any information regarding their investigation to come forward.
