Dinosaur Capital Nabs $46M for Boston-Area Ground-Up Development (multihousingnews.com) — A major new five-story, 130-unit apartment building is planned for 7 Hartwell Avenue in Lexington, bringing studios to three-bedrooms, 20 affordable units, a café space, and modern amenities by 2028. Positioned near Route 2 and the life science corridor, the all-electric, sustainability-focused project could significantly expand local housing options and reshape the Hartwell Avenue area.
   

2. Police Blotter: Canine bites and credit fraud (lexobserver.org) — Recent police logs detail several Lexington incidents, from a dog bite on Mass Ave. and a missing dog near Whipple Hill to a suspected credit fraud case and a possible theft of cookware. Officers also supported school dismissals, 9/11 memorials, and comfort-dog visits at Lexington High, Clark Middle, and Cary Library, plus responded to late-night noise complaints.
   

3.
