LOWELL, Mass. — After more than a decade helping companies across the country improve operations through complex software implementations, Chelmsford resident Wesley Mather is bringing his problem-solving expertise to Floor Coverings International of Lowell.

Just launched, the new business serves homeowners and businesses throughout Chelmsford, Lowell, Andover, Dracut, North Andover, Tyngsborough, Dunstable, North Reading, Wilmington, Middleton, Boxford and Tewksbury.

For more than 12 years, Wesley worked in management consulting, specializing in enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting and reporting systems. The role required him to quickly learn new industries, build trusted client relationships, and guide organizations through significant change.

"After years of traveling across the country, I was ready to focus my energy on serving my local community," Wesley said. "I wanted to build something meaningful for my family while becoming a trusted advisor for homeowners making important investments in their homes."

After graduating from Boston College where he met his now wife Gina, the two chose to settle down in New England and start a family.
