The deal, announced by property owner Combined Properties, secures a mix of office, production, and warehouse space that helps anchor local jobs and maintains Lynnfield's role in the North Shore business market.
   

• New MIAA golf scoring format moves closer to reality with another round of approval (bostonglobe.com) — Lynnfield athletic director Steve Burndrett is backing a proposed statewide overhaul of high school golf scoring that could debut in 2027, replacing sectionals with divisional championships and an All-State meet. He and other officials say the new system, which relies on accurate stroke-play scoring and course ratings, should better reflect true performance and reduce confusion over match results.
