This group, led by Pauline Finberg and composed of 15 members of all ages, meets once a month to plan fundraising activities with all proceeds going to the Lynnfield Senior Center. They group also runs the Senior Center Thrift Shop which is open daily from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm.
Some events that have been planned are the Town Tea, Penny Sale, Book Sale, Breakfast at the 99 and more. With the funds the Friends purchase furnishing for the center, hair salon equipment, computers for the computer lab, sponsors the Volunteer Luncheon, speakers and a variety of social events.
This group is fun, supportive, and welcomes new members.
