Art Guild Sale And Show Is Saturday

The Lynnfield Art Guild will hold its annual December Art & Crafts Show and Sale on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the on the Lynnfield Common (across the street from the Centre Congregational Church).  Entrance to the show is free.  The show is always a great opportunity to purchase original fine arts and completely hand-crafted items (no kits) in all price ranges for holiday gift giving, including a large selection of mini paintings, framed paintings, photographs, sculptures and prints. 

A fabulous raffle of donated great prizes will include gift certificates from area businesses such as the Artist and Craftsmen Supply store and the 99 Restaurant, an original painting by a local artist, and hand-made crafts.  Proceeds will benefit the L.A.G. Scholarship Fund for a graduating student at Lynnfield High School who will be attending art school. Raffle tickets are only $1.00 each or six for $5.00 and may be purchased at the show. 

The Lynnfield Art Guild’s yearly membership includes a monthly newsletter, admission to monthly demonstrations, and exhibiting privileges at the December and June shows.  The fee, payable by May 1 each year, is only $20.00 per year for artists, crafts- persons and photographers. Discounted associate, student and family memberships are also available.
