Bridge to Learning Too Children's Center now enrolling for their new Lynnfield site

Bridge to Learning Too Children’s Center to open in Lynnfield

Bridge to Learning Children’s Center has built a solid foundation over the past 24 years at their Lowell Street, Peabody location.  Director Robin Lauziere opened Bridge to Learning immediately after graduating college and is proud to expand her program with a second Center in Lynnfield, opening April 2014. Bridge to Learning Too is now enrolling in their infant, toddler, preschool, pre-k and kindergarten programs.  Bridge to Learning Too offers half day, full day and extended day programs between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM. The new site is on the same side of Salem Street as the Lynnfield Senior Center, and is just before it as you travel in the direction of Wakefield. The land formally contained a house, which was demolished to make room for the brand new facility. Lauziere said the new Center will continue to provide services that have long been a staple in Peabody. At Bridge to Learning Too, they believe in the early years of schooling children should learn the joy of being a child through play. He/she should be positively encouraged to live fully as a child physically, mentally, physically, and emotionally.  Bridge to Learning Too will seek to extend the intellectual world of each child individually.  Bridge to Learning Too is a positive first experience, which instills the joy of learning, expands friendships, builds self-confidence, and appropriately prepares children for future learning. Their hands-on program encourages children to learn through discovery. Materials are provided to fulfill your child’s natural curiosity, to stimulate questions, and to encourage exploration. They have a strong academic curriculum in which they work with children individually to cater to their specific needs.  Learning, art, and sensory centers are set up daily to stimulate growth and individuality through choices.  Teachers encourage children to learn autonomously and provide them with an endless amount of enthusiasm as well as tools to explore with.  Bridge to Learning Too teachers are college educated and certified by the Department of Early Education and Care, with specialties in infant, toddler, preschool and kindergarten development. Lauziere is happy to bring to Lynnfield the first center that offers infant and toddler care. Another unique feature about the Lynnfield site is its hours of operation, Lauziere said. We will stay open until 6PM, which is later than competitors’ hours, she said. The Peabody center began with six children and now enrolls over one hundred children, including its share of children who live in Lynnfield. Their website (www.bridgetolearninchidrenscenter.com) contains background, philosophy, daily schedule and more.  They also have a facebook page (www.facebook.com/BridgeToLearningChildrensCenter) that documents the children’s activities over the past year. For more information or enrollment please contact director, Robin Lauziere at 781-581-2215 or bridgetolearningtoo@gmail.com.  They are located at 553 Salem Street, Lynnfield.
