Chef Franco Caritano of 'The Ship' Cooks Paella
Executive Chef at The Ship on Route 1 in Lynnfield demonstrates some popular menu items you can also try at home.
Earlier this Summer, Chef Franco Caritano, executive chef at The Ship on Route 1 in Lynnfield, agreed to cook some of the restaurant's menu items on video. In this one, Chef Franco cooks up paella using the following ingredients:
Rice
Littleneck Clams
Mussels
Calamari
Chorizo
Diced Chicken
Green Peas
Red Peppers
Onions (or Shallots)
Smoked Paprika
Saffron
Garlic
