Cardio/Muscle/Pilates

This class is a total body workout!  Cardio exercises include TABATA, hi/lo aerobic routines, kickboxing, bootcamp circuits.  The muscle portion uses hand weights for upper body strengthening and ending the class with Mat Pilates for core conditioning, strengthening your abs and back.  Carry in your sneakers and bring plenty of water!!  Drop-in anytime!
