Aerial Silks , Trapeze , Aerial Hoop
Ages 18+ aerial class. Techniques on Aerial Silks, Trapeze and Aerial Hoop will be taught. These classes will cover proper strengthening and stretching techniques on and off the apparatus. Fun ways to climb, flip, spin, drop and pose will be taught in proper progression. No experience required.
