The Lynnfield Health Department will be holding a flu clinic for the general public ages 19 and older on Friday, September 28, 2012 at Lynnfield Council on Aging, 525 Salem Street, Lynnfield from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Non Lynnfield residents are welcome. PLEASE BRING ALL INSURANCE CARDS. Most insurance is accepted. There will be a $10 fee for insurances that will not cover flu immunizations. Please wear short sleeves.
