JACKI SORENSEN’S AEROBIC DANCE PROGRAM IS HERE!

Variety rules when talking fitness which is why we are pleased to debut our Jacki Sorensen Dance Program! It is a 40 year old tried and true progressive course that’s choreographed specifically for non-dancers. Participants will sway, stretch, crunch, squat, cha-cha, waltz, samba and swing themselves into total body fitness while enjoying music from The Hot 100, Adult Contemporary, Latin, Rock ‘n Roll, Country, Hip Hop and more!

Class Format is as follows (5 segments):

The first segment begins with a Warm up Dance designed to increase the metabolism and gets the participant ready to stretch.

Without stopping the second segment transitions directly into Core work which consists of choreographed stretches, abdominals exercises, and pushups designed to strengthen and tighten the entire torso.

The third segment is the "Verifirm" section which consists of exercises done utilizing either ones own body weight or hand and ankle weights all performed in the standing position. All body parts are worked!

The fourth segment is the Cardio Dance segment which is where the participant’s heart rate is at its highest. This is done without weights and is referred to as the "Booster" segment.

The final segment is the cool down where participants gradually lower their heart rates and stretch out their muscles.

Option 1: Tuesday November 8 @ 9:45am

Option 2: Thursday November 10 @ 9:45am

Option 3: Saturday November 12 @ 10:45am

Regular 8 week program will begin the week immediately after the complimentary sessions. Session days and times will be the same as listed above.

Cost for each 8 week session is $80.00.
