We have a day for thanksgiving and two days for shopping. #GivingTuesday is an international day to celebrate generosity. No doubt many organizations will ask you to consider making a gift on Tuesday, December 2nd. We hope you will. In fact, you can support dozens of local causes by giving to NSUW.
We also want to help you give yourself. We created a stream of featured volunteer opportunities. You can pledge to volunteer now or in the new year. Each need represents a way you can transform the lives of your neighbors and improve our local community.
You can find more than 150 local volunteer opportunities on this site. But in honor of #GivingTuesday and the holiday season, North Shore United Way is featuring opportunities in the programs we fund. For example...
