B Strong had a great 1st day at the new location in Lynnfield. We have moved into CErvizzis Martial Arts for the Fall and Winter to keep going. But we need more recruits. Come on down and view or participate in 1 free class, I bet you will love it. It took a little getting usd too, being in a new place and the team was a little distracted but I got them on track real fast with a killer workout.
