LAG Arts & Crafts Sale Is Saturday

The Lynnfield Art Guild will hold its annual December Art & Crafts Show and Sale on Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Old Meeting House on the Common, Lynnfield Centre (across the street from the Centre Congregational Church).  Entrance to the show is free.  The show is always a great opportunity to purchase original fine arts and completely hand-crafted items ( no kits) in all price ranges for holiday gift giving, including a large selection of mini paintings, framed paintings, photographs, sculptures, crafts and prints.  All items are for sale.

There will be a raffle of donated great prizes from area sponsors including the Artists & Craftsman Supply, Sunrise Assisted Living and the Wakefield Co-operative Bank.  Additional raffle items will include original work by local artists and hand-made crafts.  Proceeds will benefit the L.A.G. Scholarship Fund for a deserving graduating student at Lynnfield High School who has shown an interest in the study of art. Raffle tickets are only $1.00 each or six for $5.00 and may be purchased at the show. 

The Lynnfield Art Guild’s yearly membership includes a monthly newsletter, admission to monthly demonstrations, and exhibiting privileges at the December and June shows.  The fee, payable by May 1^st each year, is only $20.00 per year for artists, crafts- persons and photographers.  Discounted associate, student and family memberships are also available.
